Uplands Sports Centre

The Sports Centre has two sports halls available for private hire, a fitness suite, 6 changing rooms and a studio area. Membership of the Centre is open to Juniors and Adults which includes a fitness gym and a variety aerobic class for those over 14 years.

Details of weekend coaching courses and personal training are available from the Centre.

A Holiday Club is held throughout the Easter, summer and half-term holidays, catering for 4 - 16 year olds with a wide range of activities.
